Biography:
Dr. Rahim Karami received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Central Queensland University, Australia, with a focus on biofuel combustion and energy systems. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Newcastle, working on dual-fuel combustion using hydrogen and ammonia in compression ignition engines. His research also involves hydrogen production from biomass through thermochemical processes. His broader interests include alternative fuels, exergy analysis, and CFD simulation of engine combustion. Dr. Karami has contributed to several multidisciplinary energy projects and published multiple peer-reviewed articles, presenting at international conferences on sustainable energy technologies.
